3. Right:
   The focus here is on specific contractual relationships in the Code of Obligations, company law and debt collection and bankruptcy law. The aim is to be able to confidently classify and apply legal relationships in fiduciary practice.
4. Linking and deepening:
   This subject combines tax and legal topics. It is about applying the knowledge acquired in practical case studies and more complex issues, in particular through the third-party comparison principle and cross-divisional analyses.
