Module 1 of the advanced training certificate course on fisheries management of European freshwater fish deals with the ecomorphology, ecology and biology of native fish species, the river habitat, legislation, the aquatic environment and hydrology, the lake habitat, invasive fish species, fish diseases and stock protection measures.
In the second module, participants are trained in bioindication methods and the inventory of lakes and rivers, water quality assessment, threats, renaturation and principles / anthropogenic influences on lakes and rivers, fisheries, management and stocking.
