Welche Fächer werden bei der KV-Ausbildung mit M-Profil üblicherweise behandelt?
Which subjects are usually covered in the commercial apprenticeship with an M profile?
Since the 2023 CT reform, the performance targets for CT apprenticeships are no longer specified by subject, but in the form of five interdisciplinary and practice-oriented areas of competence:
- Acting in agile forms of work and organization
- Interacting in a networked working environment
- Coordinating business work processes
- Shaping customer and supplier relationships
- Use of technologies from the digital world of work
Prospective commercial apprentices must be able to act competently, independently, self-critically and with appropriate means in all five areas. Foreign language skills are taught in a practical manner within these areas of competence.
Since the 2023 CT reform, all apprentices have acquired knowledge of two foreign languages, whereby they can choose between in-depth oral and written knowledge of the second foreign language or the ability to communicate orally in this language on the job. This choice does not exist for apprentices with the EFZ plus vocational baccalaureate: they must learn two foreign languages orally and in writing.
The profiles (B/E/M) have been abolished. Instead, learners can adapt their training to their skills and interests with the help of options. Candidates for the vocational baccalaureate only have the following three options (the "Technology" option, which would otherwise be offered, has been removed):
- Finances
- Communication with stakeholders in the local language
- Communication with stakeholders in the foreign language
