The following three specializations are available for continuing education, further training for HR specialists:
- Operational Human Resource Management: specialized in HR management Specialized in personnel management - as a competent contact and sought-after expert in various HR processes. Your field of activity includes all the functions of a modern HR manager: job evaluation, creation of requirement profiles, personnel recruitment, personnel assessment and development, payroll accounting, compliance with labor and social security regulations, etc.
- Public recruitment and consultancy: You tend to work in the field of public recruitment and consultancy and have a broad range of expertise in all areas of human resources: both in recruitment consultancy and in recruitment or in the RAV (Regional Employment Centers). In your day-to-day work, you will be guided by the requirements of federal law (AVIG). You will take on responsible tasks, coordinate your work with other institutions and have a wide range of responsibilities.
- Private recruitment and placement: In private recruitment, you support clients (companies looking for staff and jobseekers) throughout the entire job search process. The core tasks also include the support and placement of temporary staff. You will build up a stable customer network and coordinate the various requirements of your customers.
