In contrast, the "CAS Conflict Management and Mediation" (UAS) mainly addresses experienced professionals from the fields of social work, socio-cultural animation, kindergarten and school education as well as social pedagogy, so that the focus of experience with conflicts and conflict resolution also differs greatly.
