Which German diplomas can I acquire with a German course?
If you would like to have your German language skills officially certified after the German course, the best way to do this is with a recognized diploma. Such a diploma is awarded to you after you have passed a language test at your current language level. These German diplomas are mainly the telc exams and the Goethe certificates, which are awarded at levels A1 to C2. You can prepare specifically for these language diplomas with a German course. Other language diplomas, such as the Austrian Language Diploma (ÖSD) or the German Language Diploma of the Conference of Ministers of Culture, are also possible diplomas. There are also language tests that you can take to obtain an accurate assessment of your knowledge. One such test is the BULATS test (Business Language Testing Service), which certifies your level of reading and listening comprehension.
