What professional activity is considered professional experience in real estate management?
For the Federal Professional Examination in Real Estate Management, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Valuation and Real Estate Marketing, you must have worked full-time in the real estate industry and real estate management for at least three to five years.
Recognized activities usually include the sale, purchase and management of real estate; real estate and real estate financing transactions, verification or brokerage; fiduciary activities in general contracting, in the execution of property development projects, in client support and construction supervision; expert function in valuation, appraisal and real estate; real estate consultant function or commercial work in facility management.
