There are some very good language schools in Switzerland where you can learn Arabic. It is important to note that this is usually High Arabic, Fousha or Fous-ha. This is the standard language of Arabic-speaking countries and is also considered an international language that can be found in all media. It is also one of the six official languages of the United Nations and the language of the Koran.
The everyday language spoken throughout the Middle East is Aameya. However, this language is not offered in all language schools, so if you are interested in this Arabic language, you should find out about this differentiation in advance from the schools you are interested in. Other schools offer combination courses in which you learn both Fousha and Aameya in one Arabic course.
At schools abroad, which you can attend in the form of language travel, this combination is usually only possible in Egypt. In Morocco and the United Arab Emirates, where most language study trips are organized alongside Egypt, you usually only have the opportunity to learn Fous-ha.
