What training opportunities do I have to become an HR manager?
You can become a Head of Human Resources in various ways, for example with postgraduate studies in Higher Education (NDS-CHE) or Advanced Professional Examination (AFPE) to become a Head of Human Resources. A diploma course at a University of Applied Sciences (DAS) is also possible as continuing education, further training.
