After completing compulsory schooling, you have the opportunity to complete a basic apprenticeship as a cook Federal VET Diploma, system catering specialist Federal VET Diploma, hotel specialist Federal VET Diploma, restaurant specialist Federal VET Diploma, hotel communications specialist Federal VET Diploma or commercial specialist Federal VET Diploma. These apprenticeships with a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (Vocational Certificate) are the basis for continuing education, further training and a Federal Diploma in the hospitality industry.
