What are the responsibilities of a playgroup leader job?
In a playgroup leader job you have the following tasks:
- Looking after and supporting children from around two and a half years of age until they reach compulsory school age in accordance with a pedagogical concept
- Respond to the needs of individual children - observe and choose stimulating activities
- To support and accompany the children's free play and provide play and work materials appropriate to their age and needs
- Using songs, verses, stories and games to promote children's language development and contribute to the integration of foreign-language children
- Exchange experiences, discuss parenting issues and organize joint events at parents' evenings and in discussions
- Independent organization of the playgroup
