Only universities of applied sciences offer continuing education courses that provide you with comprehensive training in the field of mental training. These include, for example, the postgraduate course leading to the Certificate of Advanced Studies CAS Psychological & Mental Training in Sport (UAS).
If you do not have a license for this course or would like to continue your education in another way, there are, for example, certificate courses for mental trainers or mental coaches. Basic courses are often offered that provide an initial insight into this exciting subject area and then give interested parties the opportunity to build on this by attending further courses that even include SVEB 1, for example.
