Further training for HR managers - how can you develop further after graduation?
After completing the HR manager training course, you can develop as follows:
- Courses at universities of applied sciences and further education institutions
- University of Applied Sciences for a Bachelor of Science (FH) in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources, specializing in Human Resources or Human Resources Management or a Bachelor of Science (FH) in Applied Psychology
- Postgraduate level with courses offered by higher technical colleges and universities of applied sciences, e.g. Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Human Resources Management, MAS Human Capital Management, etc.
