Admission to the Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education (Higher Education (Achtung)) requires a Federal Diploma of Higher Education (AFPE), an Advanced Federal Diploma (HFP), an HF diploma or a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
In addition, candidates must have at least three years of full-time employment in a real estate profession after obtaining one of the above-mentioned qualifications, at least two years of which must be in Switzerland.
