Admission to the MAS Customer Relationship Management CRM requires at least three years of professional experience in marketing, sales, general management, communication or service as well as a university degree from a UAS, university or FIT (Bachelor's, Master's, licentiate or diploma). Alternatively, persons without a university degree can be admitted if they have at least five years of professional experience in one of the areas mentioned, preferably in a management position, as well as a comparable degree and can demonstrate the ability to work in an academically sound manner.
