What are the learning objectives of the CAS Social Media & Management of Knowledge Networks?
After completing the CAS Social Media & Management of Knowledge Networks course, participants will be able to strategically plan, implement, evaluate and optimize value-generating and efficient knowledge networks in the areas of marketing, training and continuing education, further training, human resources, research and development, change and innovation management as well as external and internal communication.
