If you are looking for an office job in a hospital, you could consider continuing education, further training as a medical or hospital secretary or as an MPA.
If you want to leave the hospital sector altogether, a commercial school, i.e. a commercial diploma, would be better. An office diploma might not be enough, as you usually need a higher level to be able to work in the commercial sector.
