What does a Junior Controller need to bring to the table?
It makes sense for prospective Junior Controllers to have a basic commercial education as well as corresponding continuing education, further training in finance and accounting. Analytical and conceptual thinking and good PC user skills are just as advantageous as a good understanding of figures, communication skills and a high degree of responsibility and reliability.
