What exactly does a management consultant do?
Management consultants are usually employed by consulting firms, but can also be employed by larger companies as internal consultants or on a self-employed basis. Their task is to analyze a company's existing structures, processes and strategies and to optimize them. The aim is to further expand and secure the economic success of a company or organization. To this end, corporate goals are analyzed, redeveloped, defined and planned, and measures are introduced to achieve these goals. Special attention is paid to the market and customer orientation, product policy and any adjustments and changes, such as restructuring or a change of location.
