Was macht ein Auditor beruflich?
What does an auditor do for a living?
An auditor works as an internal auditor in an industrial, technical or commercial company or as an external specialist in an auditing company. In both cases, he advises companies or their specialist departments externally or internally. As a management consultant, he first conducts analyses of process and structural profitability, including purchases, new product developments or various investments, and then checks whether internal and legal regulations and standards are being complied with. He prepares his analyses and presents them to the management, which initiates any necessary measures to rectify or improve the situation.
