Trained production specialists work as foremen in the machine and bench room or as deputies to the plant manager, project manager or production manager and report directly to them. Thanks to their extensive knowledge of production technology and production equipment, they prepare production processes and implement them with regard to production-specific characteristics. Production specialists are also active as safety officers (SIBE) and as trainers for apprentices (thanks to the integrated vocational training course).
