What exactly do trainers with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education do?
Trainers with a federal certificate of proficiency work as adult educators in private or public adult education institutions, on an independent basis, in company-internal continuing education, further training, in organizations, at vocational schools and in companies. There they develop and revise educational concepts in their specialist area, design courses and run them. They are responsible for supervising the learning process of groups, evaluation, the flow of information about learning events and training courses, skills assessment and qualification procedures, administrative tasks and development projects.
