The term "Green Belt" is often included in Six Sigma training courses. This refers to the leadership psychology concept of Six Sigma. The concept is based on role definitions, which in turn are based on the belt colors, i.e. rank indicators, from Japanese martial arts.
The lowest level is the yellow belt and represents the "Employee" level.
