What is a potential analysis?
A potential analysis can be carried out in many different ways, in the form of simple oral interviews, standardized tests or written questionnaires. In most cases, a discussion is sought at the beginning in order to clarify the objectives. This is followed by an assessment aimed at filtering out the strengths and weaknesses of children, young people, adults, employees or professionals. There are various services for each target group, such as career guidance, career counseling or career assessment for young people. The aim of these sessions is to filter out a person's individual potential so that they can develop in line with their wishes, goals and opportunities and be deployed professionally.
