Was ist ein CAS in Konfliktlösung?
What is a CAS in Conflict Resolution?
A CAS is a certificate course at university level that leads to a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) and is often part of a higher-level Master's degree program (MAS). Such a CAS comprises 10 to 15 ECTS credits and extends over a period of six months to a year, in some cases even longer. The course is run alongside work and trains specialists and managers in specific areas, such as conflict resolution and conflict management. As a rule, participants are required to have a university degree and professional experience, but if they have sufficient professional qualifications, they can often be admitted "sur dossier" without a university degree.
