What is the supplementary training to become a healthcare specialist?
The supplementary training course for healthcare professionals (EB FaGe) with a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training is the FaGe validation procedure. The validation procedure is suitable for people who have been working in the healthcare sector for some time but do not have a Federal VET Diploma and would like to obtain one. In the process, they prove which competencies and skills they have that are relevant to this profession and these are credited towards their educational achievements. If skills or competencies are still lacking in any area for the qualification, these can be made up in special supplementary training courses.
