Was ist die Zielsetzung agiler Software Entwicklung?

Agile software development aims to make development processes leaner, more transparent and more flexible and is seen as the counterpart to traditional software development processes that are often seen as too rigid and bureaucratic, such as the V-model or Rational Unified Process. It comprises various practices and methods based on the Agile Software Development Manifesto. These include agile values, agile principles, agile processes, agile methods and agile evaluation. Risks in the development process are to be reduced in this way and can be used in the entire software development process, for example with Scrum or Extreme Programming, or only in sub-areas of software development, for example with Agile Modeling (AM).
