The Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE) is the former master craftsman's examination, also in structural and civil engineering. This continuing education, further training is a specialization that requires professional experience and a federal certificate in the field and can promote you to a middle to higher management position. The College of Higher Education (CHE) does not require higher vocational education and training, but a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or a similar qualification.
