Was ist der Unterschied zwischen dem Berufsbildnerkurs FaBe und der FaGe-Variante?

What is the difference between the FaBe vocational trainer course and the FaGe variant?

The FaBe vocational training course is also a job-specific variant of the care specialist apprenticeship (FaBe). Apprentices in this profession accompany people of all ages with physical, mental, psychological or social disabilities in their everyday lives and leisure activities. This course for vocational trainers deals specifically with the care profession and the associated challenges and stresses - even if such courses are in principle independent of profession or sector. A vocational trainer course for caregivers teaches the basics for training apprentices in practice - whether in sheltered workshops, curative education schools, residential groups, retirement and care centers, daycare centers, homes or supplementary school facilities. Participants in the vocational trainer FaBe course learn about the education system and the educational partners in the care profession. With the knowledge they acquire, vocational trainers can plan and structure their tasks in order to fulfill their function and role. With knowledge of the legal requirements for training companies and the training concept, course graduates will be able to train learners appropriately within the framework of in-company training. This includes dealing well with learners and taking their individual abilities into account.
