What is the difference between strategy and concept?
A concept is always part of a strategy and vice versa. However, the strategy is formulated for the long term and has a more general focus. It is a kind of guideline that describes the path to the target state (target/framework), i.e. the implementation of the corporate goals. The concept is more concrete and detailed. It usually consists of an analysis of the current situation with information and instructions (plan) for the target situation.
