What is required when taking the Electrical Project Manager exam?
The following requirements must be met when taking the Federal Professional Examination for Electrical Project Managers:
- Completed vocational education and training (VET) as an electrical fitter (Federal VET Diploma), electrical planner (Federal VET Diploma) or in an equivalent profession
- at least 2 years practical experience in planning or executing installations in accordance with NIV under expert supervision (not as a manager) in Switzerland
or
- Completed vocational education and training (Federal VET Diploma) as an assembly electrician or in an equivalent profession
- At least 4 years of practical experience in the planning or execution of installations in accordance with NIV under expert supervision in Switzerland
