What is payroll accounting?
Payroll accounting (also known as payroll accounting) deals with the processing of payroll accounting in a company. This includes:
- Preparation of payroll accounting
- Maintenance of employee master data
- Management of payroll accounts
- Notification of necessary contributions (e.g. income tax or health insurance contributions)
Every employer with salaried employees is required by law to keep payroll accounting and thus to prepare a monthly payroll for its employees.
