What exactly does an economist do?
Economics belongs to the social sciences and is primarily subdivided into business administration (BWL) / economics and economics (VWL). Depending on the chosen focus, economists either deal with the economic interrelationships of a society in the macroeconomic area, the macroeconomics and the individual areas, the microeconomics, as well as their resource-oriented economies or, with regard to business administration, with individual companies and their internal processes and structures.
