What exactly is press relations?
Press relations or media relations is not the same as PR (public relations), but must be credible and correct. It is not aimed exclusively at generating sympathy, but as part of public relations it must deliver properly researched and factually correct statements. The press releases are passed on to the media by the press spokesperson, who edits and makes them available to the public if necessary.
