Spiritual astrology can be defined in very different ways, such as the soul, the self and consciousness. It is an astrology that sees the horoscope as a guide for a life path dedicated to spiritual development, i.e. the spiritual. Much of what is referred to as spiritual astrology often takes place on an esoteric basis, for example as a combination of theosophy, numerology or tarot with astrology, or in medical astrology based on alternative home methods.
