Wann kommt eine manuelle Lymphdrainage zum Einsatz?

When is manual lymphatic drainage used?

Manual lymphatic drainage is primarily used when there is oedema, i.e. lymph or water congestion in the tissue. In addition to lymphoedema, many other complaints can also be alleviated or eliminated with compression therapy, such as bags under the eyes and acne, as well as swelling from injuries, some types of migraine, water in the legs or oedema caused by rheumatic diseases.
