What kind of training is the electrical project manager (BP)?
The electrical project manager apprenticeship is a professional examination and concludes with a federal certificate. It forms the first level of higher vocational education and training and thus offers an initial specialization after obtaining the Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ).
With the BP, candidates have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge in a specific area. With the federal certificate, people can take on a management function at lower to middle level and/or more demanding tasks than is the case for holders of an EFZ.
