If you are already working in the hospitality industry and your company is subject to the National Collective Labor Agreement in the Swiss Hospitality Industry (L-GAV), it is possible to receive financial support for your continuing education, further training in the hospitality industry. However, you must submit an application to Hotel & Gastro formation for this. Please note that not all further training courses in the catering industry are subsidized. The training and continuing education, further training for which you can receive financial contributions are all Federal Professional Examinations and Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE) in the industry, the Federal Vocational Baccalaureate (BM), adult education as part-time catch-up training with Federal VET Certificate or Federal VET Diploma and the Progresso course to acquire basic qualifications for people who do not have a basic education.
