Spanish courses online or offline: How do the different types of courses differ from each other?

Most language schools offer very different language courses that vary in many ways. For example, you will usually find Spanish courses online or offline, which are known as "standard courses" and usually take place in the afternoon or evening. These courses are offered at all language levels, i.e. from beginners' courses to advanced courses. For those who want to learn Spanish more than once a week, intensive courses are the best option, which take place three to five days a week and require a high level of willingness to learn. For those who want to learn quickly but not too intensively, semi-intensive courses may be more suitable, which take place two evenings a week in the form of mini-group courses or a combination of individual courses and group courses, for example.

Diploma courses prepare participants for internationally recognized language certificates, such as the DELE, and can be found in very different versions. Corporate courses, on the other hand, are designed for companies that want to develop the Spanish language skills of some of their employees according to the company's requirements and objectives as well as the tasks and positions of the employees.

Business courses are also suitable for professionals, but for private individuals. Such Spanish courses teach the basics of business Spanish and are even offered by some language schools for different industries and professions. You can find these business courses in our "Special courses" section, which includes a wide range of different Spanish courses, such as Spanish courses online, combination courses, conversation courses and many more. You can also find more information on this topic in our free guide "Education and training in languages" (see navigation point "Education help" above).
