Should I do a Multicheck for an apprenticeship?
In principle, it is not compulsory to take an aptitude test to apply for an apprenticeship. However, some companies actually require applicants to take part in a Multicheck or a Basischeck. The Nantys Compass also shows your skills. Normally, the company you wish to apply to will indicate whether an aptitude test is expected or desired and, if so, which one is preferred. It is therefore best to ask the relevant company directly before taking a test.
