Should management training be federally recognized?
There are an incredibly large number of further education courses in Switzerland for management training with an internal certificate. And these do not necessarily have to be worse than a federal qualification. The question is rather whether you need a Federal Diploma of Higher Education or a Federal Diploma for your professional career. If it is enough for you to take a management course in which you learn exactly what you need for your current or aspired future position, a certificate course can sometimes be even more beneficial than a Federal Professional Examination (AFPE) or Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE), as it can deal with a much more specific range of topics.
Would you like to gain better access to your employees and avoid frequent misunderstandings in the future? Then opt for a certificate course on the subject of communication. Will you soon be promoted to team leader and don't know how to deal with your former colleagues in the future? Then choose a course on "From employee to boss" or another team management course. You should therefore always choose a management course according to your own needs so that it can bring you the greatest possible benefit.
