The purpose of internal company seminars is to train employees of a company in very specific areas and to bring them up to the same standard of knowledge or provide them with the same skills that are required within the company or in certain positions, departments or areas. Public seminars are another training option for continuing education, further training that does not necessarily have to be attended exclusively by company employees or if the number of participants is too small. Of course, you also have the option of booking a company seminar in which some of your employees and some employees from another company that may work closely with yours are trained at the same time.
