The recognition of individual continuing education, further training courses in patient education can vary greatly and ranges from internationally comparable continuing education, thanks to the awarding of ECTS points in accordance with the Bologna Process, such as a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS), to recognition by the SIWF (Swiss Institute for Continuing Medical Education and Training) and Asca-recognized continuing education, further training courses for therapists. Before registering for further training, please enquire directly with the schools and Universities about the respective recognition of educational qualifications.
