Sind die CAS in Strafrecht nur für Juristen geeignet?

Not all continuing education courses in criminal law, such as Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) courses, are exclusively suitable for lawyers. The CAS in Prison Law, for example, is also aimed at people who hold a management position or have specialist responsibility in criminal prosecution, in the prison system or in the care of delinquents. It is aimed at members of the management or heads of prisons, employees of social and probation services in prisons and enforcement authorities. However, many other CASs are aimed exclusively at lawyers, solicitors, judges and court clerks.
