The following points must be fulfilled for admission to the Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Team Leading in Social and Socio-Medical Organizations:

• Federal VET Diploma or Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE) or College of Higher Education or university degree in social or healthcare services

and

• at least 2 years of professional experience (at least 60%) in the health or social sector after completing the training

or

• Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (Federal Professional Examination, Advanced Federal Professional Examination or College of Higher Education) or university degree outside the social and healthcare sector

and

• At least 4 years of professional experience (at least 60%) in the health or social sector and proof of the required industry knowledge

In addition:

• At least one year of management experience in the health or social sector

and

• Required module qualifications or certificates of equivalence
