In human resources management, there are both federally recognized continuing education, further training courses and those with internal school certificates or from responsible bodies and associations. For example, the certificate course for HR assistants is not a federally recognized course in the strict sense, but it was initiated by the responsible body Human Resources Swiss Exams HRSE and is a prerequisite for the Federal Professional Examination (FPE) for HR specialists.
