Are all massage therapist training courses recognized?
Not every massage therapist training course is federally recognized. A federally recognized massage training course is, for example, the Federal Professional Examination (FPE) to become a medical masseur. Certificate courses can enjoy industry recognition or even health insurance recognition, for which the training must be structured in accordance with the guidelines of the EMR Medical Experience Register. However, as this is not always the case for all massage training courses, it is important that you contact the massage schools directly and obtain all the important information.
