Are team-building seminars always team-building events?
Team-building seminars are by no means the same as team-building events. Such events are designed to strengthen group cohesion, highlight strengths and promote communication within the team. A wide variety of events can be booked for this purpose, ranging from survival training to cooking courses, boat-building workshops or llama treks to climbing on the high ropes course or fire-walking. Seminars, on the other hand, usually train the team or group leaders themselves, who want to promote teamwork and strengthen their team leadership skills in the long term rather than just once.
