Seminar – was ist der Unterschied zur Telefon Schulung oder einem Vortrag?

Seminar - what is the difference to telephone training or a lecture?

A seminar is usually a one-off training event with a small number of participants. While a lecture is more of a pure information event, a seminar is about imparting knowledge and skills. The participants are more actively involved and are expected to participate. The participants are therefore not just listeners, but actively participate by asking questions and taking part in discussions. The duration of a seminar is usually considerably longer than that of a pure lecture, for example. In addition to the demonstration of an application, software or system, training courses usually include the opportunity for participants to try things out for themselves. The aim of training courses is to learn about the possibilities and limitations of the application and to receive assistance for targeted use in your own practice. So in a telephone seminar, cooperation is required and in a telephone training course you can certainly try things out for yourself. Telephone training is therefore an interesting alternative, depending on the needs of the participant.
