Do I have to have worked after my apprenticeship to be able to start continuing education, further training as a facility management manager?
It is not absolutely necessary to have professional experience after completing your certificate of proficiency in order to attend a course in Facility Management / Housekeeping, provided it is a relevant course, such as the Federal VET Diploma in Housekeeping. However, if you have an apprenticeship qualification from another sector or a secondary school certificate, you must have worked for at least one year in the professional field of facility management/housekeeping in order to be admitted.
